Skill level: All level of bakers

Length: 1 day, 9.30am - 4pm


This class will use the finest ingredients to bake a variety of four sponge cakes. Students will learn to adjust a recipe to create perfect bakes which they can take home to enjoy.


Class fee: £187


Please note sponges may vary but generally it’s Red Velvet, Carrot Cake and Victoria plus one other.
