Baking Techniques

Skill level: All level of bakers

Length: 1 day, 9.30am - 3:30pm


This class will use the finest ingredients to bake a variety of four sponge cakes. Students will learn to adjust a recipe to create perfect bakes which they can take home to enjoy.


Class fee from £145 pp


Please note sponges may vary but generally it’s Red Velvet, Carrot Cake and Victoria plus one other. If classes are not to full capacity the session may finish earlier than advertised.
