Straight Edged Cake

Class length: 1 day, 9.30am - 3:30pm

This class is ideal for those starting out and are ready to learn some basic decorating techniques. Learn how to use ganache plates. Cover and create a beautiful straight edged cake (GF available on request). Time permitting you will use flexi ice to decorate your finished cake.

Class fee from £145 pp

Lunch included. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking. If classes are not to full capacity the session may finish earlier than advertised.
